I was treated with respect. Unfortunately, that has not always been the case at West Hills Honda service department. Austin, greeted me with a smile and a handshake. His demeanor was authentic, not a pre-programmed robotic persona I see so often in car dealerships. Austin is a gem. Treat him accordingly.

I usually work with James but since he was busy, Rich helped me. He was great! I appreciated the time he took to get both my vehicles in even though I only had one appointment and my CRV was having major issues. Your service department is the best I’ve ever worked with and a big reason I am a loyal Honda owner.

I was told when I made the appointment that my car would be ready no later than 8pm. I got my car @ 9:25pm. Another couple in the lobby was told the same thing and they got their car at 9pm. Also I had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle to Port Orchard. I've been coming for service since 2003 when I bought my first Honda. I use to recommend your service department. Now I would hesitate. Seems like you just want to get as much business in one night without any concern for the customer. Extremely disappointed.

My feedback is that Megan needs to NOT refer to her clients as "honey" and "dear". She's is NOT old enough to do that. I know she means well but it isn't having a positive impact for me.

I think Richard provided excellent customer service. The oil.change tool lomger than anticipated, because of that I went to purchase a breakfast sandwich and he even paid for it.
