Brett was quite the professional gentleman this morning. As a drop in customer with a burned out drivers side headlight, he squeezed us in to change the lamp in a timely manner. Do not have anyone contact me, especially the person who was the Service Representative on the 2007 Acura RL yesterday. It is more convenient to bring both of my Acuras to West Hills for general service because there is not an Acura dealer in Kitsap County. I brought my 2014 RLX in a few weeks ago, and the service writer completely mixed up what was supposed to be done on that service. Then yesterday, my uncle brought the 2007 RL in for an B125 service, which Acura said was Oil and Filter change, Tire Rotation, Coolant Change and Filters. The service took way longer than the estimate, and after all the waiting, the service rep came out and said they recommended an additional $600 of work and another hour and a half. He said part of it was to change the cabin filter, which they had already done. I expect better.

Austin was amazing. Other reps would stand there and not acknowledge there were people waiting. It’s very frustrating standing there and seeing 3-4 people check out and it took 35 mins when a check in like myself took 4 mins.
