We bought our Subaru only two months before it had a serious and very dangerous malfunction with the emergency brake system. I believe the dealership should have covered the costs for repair, since it should have been inspected before it was sold to us. The service department was extremely unresponsive by telephone, leaving us on hold multiple times until forced to leave a voicemail, and then calls were not returned until several days later.

I came in with great apprehension as I had never been responsible for servicing any of my vehicles. To add to my discomfort is the fact that I am significantly disabled by a broken back. I also have a breathalyzer in my vehicle. Meghan was discreet, respectful of my handicap and efficient. She is a winner and a leader as she had to tell the men in the bay how to handle the breathalyzer. She is a winner.
