Well....... you know the story here. I am frustrated with the lack of quality parts used at Westhills. I understand the situation. The aftermarket CV JOINT quality was out of Westhills control but I would rather have OEM Honda parts used on my car than a free Latte. I know Honda doesn't make parts for an 18 year old Honda. But made in China crap parts are no good if they dont fit. I am most concerned with the safety and reliability for my daughter's car. Westhills did the right thing here but I covered the towing. Westhills should report these counterfeit parts to Honda so they will never be used on another vehicle. I spent $1450 dollars on my daughter's car and it did not make it home from Westhills after serviced. How does that make you feel? Bad quality parts will never be OK and Westhills reputation is more important. The only positive thing I will add is the service jumped right on the car when it was unloaded of the tow truck and fixed it as quickly as possible. (4.5hr)

After a horrible experience at South Tacoma Honda, I am grateful West Hills repaired my pilot. I wish the decision for you all to repair and bill south Tacoma had come sooner, but was grateful that it is taken care of and my pilot runs smoothly without an leaks.

This was my first interaction with the WH honda service department, I entered the Service area, and started a timer after a min of no acknowledgement. It was a full 10 mins before anyone at the very least acknowledged me with a " we will be with you soon" in total i was there about 30 mins to drop off a spare tire for repair. I did the same thing (started timer, right when I walked in) at the haselwood chevorolet service dept, where I went to right after to get an oil change, took no more than 10 seconds before one of the people welcomed me. We just purchased a used car from west hills honda, sales was great and responsive. They did offer me a latte once i was checked in so there's that.

Camron is the nicest service writer i have dealt with at Westhills. He answered my questions and comunicated quickly with phone calls and text messages. He told me that the Technion did a inspection and this is what my car needs. He gave me my options without being a pushy salesman. I told him what I could afford to do and we worked through a few issues. I would recommend Cameron to others and I hope to work with him again.
