My appointment was at 2pm, My car wasn't taken back to be serviced until 2:30pm. My car was then completed at 3:45pm. Megan was great, however, if I am making an appointment for 2pm I don't expect to wait a half hour to start my appointment.

The service team was great. I would however, highly suggest you do something about the chairs in the lounge. While they are comfortable, they are disgusting. Because of the cloth and multiple spills, they are covered in stains and are gross to sit on. As I said before they are comfortable, so maybe the same chair in a material that can be easily clean and disinfected.

I didn't understand how many items were not covered by the maintenance plan. My 1st visit, I paid $79 for a cabin air filter. This recent visit, I was charged $108 for both engine and cabin air filters. "That means they worked." Yes, well, I personally would have appreciated a heads up on potential additional costs. Thanks for the oil, wipers as needed,etc., though. Honda service is very fine.

It really had nothing to do with the service at the dealership. It’s just that there’s an issue with my car starting and it was not able to be diagnosed today. They tried and we’re not able to reproduce the problem.
