The battery light was on meaning check alternator or starter and you checked battery which was fine. My wife wasted time there. 1st time she’s been unhappy with you all. Maybe your female rep should read the Honda Manuel said before checking battery. The manual said check alternator and starter my wife wasted 3 hours while you looked at battery which was fine. You DID NOTdo a good job today

Last Thursday 8/2 at 2:30pm we brought our new Honda HR-V in for repair of three minor paint chips, at the time that had been scheduled by your service appointment coordinator. Then we were told there was a scheduling mixup and that the work could not be done that day, so we rescheduled for Monday 8/6 at 10:30am. After we arrived, we were told that the work would not be finished until 4:30pm. If we had known the work would take 6 hours, we would have arranged alternate transportation. We wish someone had given us a clue about this!
