While I am completely satisfied with Austin & the service technicians, actually arranging service was a challenge. It took four calls to get to someone who could schedule an appointment...over several days. Having worked in call centers before, that signals you have too few CSRs...especially during peak calling periods. How many abandoned calls do you have? If I didn't have the pre-paid service, I would have sought service elsewhere. Thank you and I appreciate the GREAT customer service from Austin & his colleagues.

I was disappointed today, which is unusual. My key was not returned to me and is still missing. When I arrived to pick up my car, it wasn’t quite finished. I was left trying to find my car after I paid for it. And, three yellow zone findings had been serviced llate last year and should not have needed service so soon. Perhaps you are rushing too many aapointments through at once? Cindy L

First, we only came in for a diagnosis of the navigation. We got an inspection for over $100. You didn't fix the navigation problem, even though, you're a Honda dealer. You gave us estimates on our cabin and engine air filter changes at $100 for both. We picked up the air filters for under $20. Claimed we needed brake fluid changed as it was dirty. We had the brakes done not a month prior. When we stuck a finger in the fluid, wiped it on a white piece of paper, clear. Claimed we needed to have the timing belt changed as something was leaking...it's sealed. Had you taken it apart to inspect it, the bolts would have shown wear, they didn't. Only way to know this is to take it apart. This...THIS is why I don't bring my car to the dealer for service. We maintain our vehicles very well. Unless we have to, we will not be bringing it back. Staff was nice, thankfully.

I was impressed with the honesty of your service department, especially the lead working on my car. I came in for a timing belt service and they found a sticker with a date that it had already been done 4 years ago and didn’t need it now. Some people could have ignored it and charged me for a service I didn’t really need. Instead he informed James it wasn’t necessary at this time. For this I want to thank them so much for their integrity.

As usual the service was outstanding from setting up the appointment to meet my needs to showing up to be greeted immediately by a smiling, pleasant lady who made me feel welcomed from the get go. When I asked for the service manager I was not just directed to his office area I was escorted there. Upon completion of both an oil change and an inspection of the back up camera everything was explained to me. EVERYONE was simply outstanding which is why despite moving to Shelton in August I will return for my servicing needs. Thank you for being the way you are at all times.

The car was brought in by some one who is interested in purchasing my car. She had an appointment but was told she would have to wait an extra hour and she couldn't wait that long. Her appointment time should have been honored. If she buys the car she will need to get it serviced. This did not give her a very good impression of West Hills Honda.
