Waited 5 hours for my car to be done. I actually inquired about purchasing a new vehicle and would have but nobody seemed to want to help me with that and I asked a few times. Lost out on a sale is what happened. I also feel that the 125% above blue book is not real. USAA booked my car at the low 7000 range and Honda said 4700... i was already offered 8000 at another dealership but thought I would try Honda since I was there for service. Not happy at all.
