As far as I can tell, my car is running smoothly and well after it's oil change & 15000 mile service. And though I was kindly offerred a rental car while my car was being serviced, it felt like I was quasi-bullied into doing the surprise service. Also I was told it would cost $330, it in fact was $385, the difference described as "tax". I have worked front counter retail for 30 years & I don't think lying and manipulating your customers is good business practice.

It’s pretty simple, do what I ask the first time and actually do what you checked off as “green” on the multi-inspection report. But, at least you sent a tech to add the necessary fluids after I checked my car once I got home.

Brenda was very nice, explained everything, and helped find some discounts. However, I am losing trust in Honda service. I had my car in a few weeks ago for regular maintenance. Today I came in to replace my tires. Next thing I know, I'm being told I need to replace the serpentine belt. If this is such an important piece of equipment why was I not told earlier? Mechanics tend to take advantage of women and this feels suspiciously like that. How do I know the belt needed to be replaced? Also, your record keeping needs a little work. When I made the appointment the clerk did not write down what tires I was getting. Brenda had to figure out what I was quoted. Brenda was also recommending an alignment, until the agent at the next desk told her I just had an alignment a couple of weeks ago. Don't you keep records on the service your clients receive? Again, Brenda was nice and helpful, especially with the discounts because this visit was more than I expected. Your service department in general needs to work on their procedures.
