I have purchased two used Odysseys from West Hills Honda in the last three months. I came back for the second one because of the friendly treatment and genuine desire to please that everyone, from the salesman, Steve Pavlik, the sales manager, the ladies who did the financing and closing in each transaction and everyone that I dealt with in the service department, demonstrated to me. I came the second time because I knew that I would be treated right and, boy - I was NOT disappointed!
If I had ever entertained any doubts and concerns before about dealing with people in the car business, I certainly don't now. You all have certainly "earned" my business.

I had an appointment for 1030 for an oil change and tire rotation, showed up 20 minutes early and the car wasnt ready to leave until 1220. Why did it take so long to get a simple maintenance item done??

Ashley was courteous and professional. I showed up an hour early for my appointment to avoid traffic, so I didn't mind the wait. But she apologized anyway for service taking longer than 90 minutes, and briefly explained that only two technicians were working on the cars.
