1. Having an “appointment” doesn’t seem to matter much. It took 15 minutes to be waited on, and then it was 32 minutes before they took my car into the garage
2. The service reps seem to take an extraordinary amount of time typing on the computer and yet they can’t seem to figure out what the car is there for, missed the price quote given to me a week earlier by Brian, didn’t notice that the car had been serviced one week prior and thus had the multi-point inspection done even though I told the lady not to waste time with it. Finally, when I’m told the car is done, it takes another 10 minutes for Austin to fetch the car from the garage.
We’ve worked with Brian in the past and he always efficient. My experience the past two days is very disappointing compared to what we’ve always experienced at West Hills.

My service agents Brett and Cameron were great, it’s the people that first applied my bug guard to my brand new just delivered 2019 Ridgeline that chipped or gouged the paint on the hood then instead of reporting and repairing it theycovered it up and said nothing.
It wasn’t until it was removed to apply the digi shield that the damage was found and had to be repaired before the digi could be applied. It took a lot of time between repair and application that was a hassle and very inconvenient for me.
