I’m satisfied with the mechanical portion of my appointment but the customer service was garbage. I called and setup an appointment but it apparently never got put into the system and the lady that helped me was rude. Also my account information isn’t able to be pulled up for the prepaid maintenance plan for whatever reason.

Almost got over-charged by $100, that's the difference between two-wheel drive (my car) and four-wheel drive (original charge. I caught the error (suprisingly) and Brent adjusted the bill. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but if I had not heard "four-wheel drive" would anyone have ever caught it?

I drove in one night to set up my service appointment and the place was closed but James open the door and let me make an appointment then when I came in for my appointment he was so personable and caring about what I wanted to have dead and treated me so professionally. I really felt that he cared about how my car was fixed and if it was working well James is great.
