After my service and before I left, I noticed that I had oil inside of my car (drivers side), which I pointed out to the service clerk (Ashley, I suppose). When I was told my car was ready, I was given the key and walked over to get in my car. I couldn’t. The cars parked on both sides of my car was so close that Ashley had to get the key to one of the other card to move it in order for me to get into my car. How they manage to do that, I have no idea. That part wasn’t as big of a deal to me except it made me late for another appointment. Which is OK. My major issue was the oil inside of my car that I had to wipe down. My hope is that floor and seat protectors will be used my next service.
