Staff are great, however the service dept needs a better check in process. Perhaps having one desk dedicated to simply acknowledging customers as they walk in, check them in, and then have them wait, would be an improvement. Not much point in having an appointment when you have to wait in line with others who walk in without one, and you have to wait in the cue. I think I counted 8 desks, 3 staff and 7 customers standing around without any idea what was going on. I've noticed this every time I've come in.

Been dealing with this dealership since 1993. This is the first time ever, that I have been disappointed with the service department.
First issue, asked Brenda to remove a phone number from our profile but that phone number was still used. Text message sent to the phone number that I had asked to be removed on Thursday evening, 6/7/18.
Second issue, was told price of repair on Thursday, 6/7/18. On Friday, 6/8/18 I was told a much higher price by associate Ashley. She was kind enough to give a discount, but apparently Brenda didn’t look up correct price for repair.
Third issue, the diagnostic check sheet was not gone over with us. I noticed a red “X” on the “Engine Oil and / Fluid Leaks” area. As we were being escorted to our vehicle, I asked Ashly about this particular concern. Her replied caused me to get frustrated. Stating that there were no notes made about it and that it would require a diagnostic fee again to determine the issue. I had just paid over $1400.00 and yet it is going to cost more money. Unbelievable!

Brett is great but the dirt on my headliner from the mechanic is an every time thing. I can clean it but it would be nice if the tech would wear a clean hat instead. The driveway gets very congested too but all in all...i very much like Westhills Honda.

My customer service rep was good. It’s the process of checking in that is mot streamlined. I have owned a VW for years and years and I really appreciate the process Hazelwood VW uses for service on cars. I suggest Honda take a look at their process and try to emulate.
