Brenda was great. The cost of an oil change was more than I think is reasonable. With tax it was $64. That’s too much and I will not be returning. Also, I asked for an oil change - she asked if I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. The up sale with your company is a negative aspect for me. I had gotten my oil changed earlier in the year and they put me on an auto-appointment schedule. Then they called to remind me of an appointment that I never made. I don’t appreciate that kind of “service”. Not returning.

The hospitality that I received from Brent went above and beyond. Unknowingly, I came in an hour late to my appointment. I realize this as I was standing in line waiting for a representative to speak with me. I instantly told Brett that I was hour late yet he still managed to find space for me to get my car worked on. Now this is important for me to get my car worked on that day because work has been so hectic and I probably wouldn't be able to take it back in for at least another week. I told Brett that I was having a slight work emergency, and that I needed a space that was quiet and which I could work on my laptop. The area was perfect there wasn't a bother at all. Upon the completion of my car's appointment, Brett let me know and I told him that I would need just a few more moments. Those few moments ended up being over 2 hours. I realize this and thought maybe I should pay rent! Your entire staff is on point, whether they are partbof the sales, financing, service team, and people like Brett who are the in between and the face of your company, you have a stellar team and you will have a lifelong customer.

The service rep was excellent!!! The rental car had a chipped windshield and stunk like a farm. My car was returned to me with drippings of all the fluids they used to prep the car for the Digishield. The service rep was great and really did try.

Brenda is rude. We have been patrons there for 10 years—-never met anyone there we didn’t like...until her at this visit. Tried to push two unnecessary services on both me and my husband. When we said we didn’t want those services, she gave both of us major negativity. Furthermore, she called at 6:55 to tell me that Honda was closing in 5 minutes....but she NEVER called and told me my car service was completed TO pick up my car. I could have picked it up after work if I knew it was done! May look to a different dealer for future service. THAT BAD.
