The service on my car today was perfect. And, Ashley Egan was pleasant. However, I am disappointed in the results of the inquiry regarding the scratches on my car. At the time that I purchased the vehicle, we bought the extended warranty packages that included the scratch/dent repair. I had been reluctant to purchase this policy because of my experience with my last vehicle trying to get coverage with a nick in my window when I had bought the coverage. The finance advisor at West Hills directly stated that it was much easier now to get policy repairs, and that all I would need to do is mention it at an oil change and they would take care of for me. When Ashley Egan said today that was not the case, and she was unable to help me and I would have to call the warranty company and file a claim, I came home and asked my husband to repeat to me what he recalls hearing the finance advisor say so that I could be sure that I was recalling the same as him and he his recollection is in agreement. This is the second time that I purchased a car that I felt that I was misled with the extended warranty. What's the saying...."Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." Next time, I will know better.

It takes me 1.5 hours to drive to your location, the same to drive home. 20 minutes to check in. 15 minutes to check out and 1.5 hours to wait for the service to be completed. The service office is an absolute zoo, your staff is polite and are working their buts off. Get them some help! This was my 2nd and last trip to you dealership. You charge twice as much as the locals would charge and it takes less than 1 hour for the entire process. James A Nelson

The service staff was friendly and helpful. I was however disappointed with the 2 hour wait time. I would have preferred to have been offered a ride or a complementary car as was your previous custom. Especially with such a small service as an oil change it is difficult to justify having that service done at the dealership with such a long wait time.
