I submitted an answer yesterday I was not too pleased that when I came in at 2 p.m. on the 31st which was Thursday I came in at my schedule time of 2 to get an oil change and I had to wait until almost 2:45 to even be checked in or talks to so I had to reschedule as I had a obligation at 4 in Port Orchard and I came in the next morning and finally got it done

Never dealt with Ashley. And nobody acknowledges customers waiting. Seems paperwork is more important. And had to wait until the next day to get my car back is the appointment not the time to do the work just to bring it in. Very disappointed will not be back I will travel to get service.

I walked around looking at all the other cars and was approached by the gentlemen that sol me the Accord that I was having serviced and talked to them for a while. The only issue I had was the coffee I received was not large enough, other than that you get 2 thumbs up. Thank you.

I was on time for my appointment for at 2 p.m. on May 31st 2018 for an oil change. It was extremely busy when I arrived and i did not get checked in for 40 minutes, by that point I had other appointments to get to and had to reschedule for June 1st (the next day) at 8 a.m. I would have appreciated some notice if it was going to have to wait that long to even just get checked in.

Our vehicle was purchased only 5 months ago, and is a Honda certified pre-owned. This means that all fluids should have been checked for levels AND CONDITION prior to purchasing. Today, we were told that our transmission fluid and brake fluid were both “extremely dirty” and needed changed. So we had to pay for that, which makes me think that they weren’t checked 5 months ago when we purchased the vehicle.
Also, we told the service department that our tire pressure light comes on every few days, and our tire pressure is low. This was checked once several months ago, and they couldn’t find any problems. Today, we were again told that no leak was found, but then the service department rep stated that they should’ve put it in water to find any leaks, but they did not do so. They told us that they’ll do this the next time, which requires us to bring the vehicle in AGAIN for the SAME ISSUE! It is ridiculous that we’re having to put air in the tire every few days, but no one can seem to find any issue. This has been happening since we first purchased this vehicle.
Lastly, when we purchased the vehicle, we purchased the extra warranty, which included the PermaPlate Fiberguard. We were told by the salesperson that if we got a stain on the upholstery, we could bring the vehicle in and they would clean and detail the entire vehicle. We told them today about some staining on the drivers side seat, and that we wanted it cleaned and detailed. When we picked up the vehicle, they had done a half-assed job of wiping the seat (some staining still present), and hadn’t cleaned or detailed the vehicle at all. In fact, they didn’t seem to know anything about this warranty or service.
I’m extremely disappointed, and I feel like we paid for a warranty that’s not going to be honored. I also feel like very minimal effort or service was applied. I’m really second guessing our decision to purchase a vehicle from West Hills, and I will take this into consideration when we’re in the market for our next vehicle. I’m so incredibly disappointed in your service department.
