Upon arriving I had to wait 20 minutes to check in my car for service maintenance. After that everything went smoothly. But with ten stations but only four agents things first went very slowly. Get more agents to greet your customers.

I have been coming to West Hills for oil changes and other service for more than 3 years. Although I am always satisfied with the customer service provided by the service agents, the wait times are always less than adequate. I waited over 2.5 hours today for an oil change and tire rotation. This is not the first time I have had an extremely long wait time for simple service. I really hope that West Hills Honda can get on top of this problem. If so I the service would be unbeatable.
