Brenda was very friendly and helpful, but her lack of experience with this dealership left relatively simple questions unanswered. She did put me in contact with finance who helped answer the questions but in such a hurried manner that I still had questions after I walked away.
Also, there is an outstanding safety recall on my vehicle. I forgot about this and it was not brought up during this visit. I remembered after returning home with my car. I would have expected the dealership to inform me that I have an outstanding safety recall that needs to be addressed.
