Don’t have Dylan contact me. He told me I needed new wiper blades. I authorized them, but they were not installed and he noted I declined them on my paperwork.. I asked for a new bag for my Honda Vac, that was not done. I stood in line and watched him take care of other customers who came in after me.
Brenda checked me out and was very helpful. She took care of the Honda Vac bag for me and offered assistance with the wiper blades

I brought my car in for the 30K service on Tuesday evening at 5p. I told the customer representative that I would be waiting at the dealership. She said it would take 3 hours and that she was headed home but would let the new rep know. In the past, when my car has been ready, the customer service representative would come to get me. I expected the same to happen that night so I put my cell phone in my purse. I had to study for a class and didn't want the phone interruptions. The service rep called my phone at 7:30p to say that my car was ready. I didn't see the call until 8p when I checked my phone for the time. I went to the service department and the door was locked. A passing gentleman told me that the customer rep went to get his car and would be right back. I waited 15 minutes, then went inside to see if someone could page him. It was 8:40p when I left the dealership. The customer service rep said that he wasn't told I would be waiting. Usually, it wouldn't have mattered. But I had to go home and work 3-4 hours and get up at 3:30a the next morning. It would've been really nice to have that extra hour of sleep! Perhaps you could have a line on your forms that says whether your customers are waiting on site, using the shuttle, or to call when the car is ready. Maybe you already have this and just don't use it! The misunderstanding really inconvenienced me. Also, when I paid my bill, it was stated on the invoice that I refused the mechanic's recommendations for service. That was already on the invoice when the customer rep was telling me about it. Guess you all assumed I would refuse service? Not happy with how that night played out.
