The gentleman who helped me at the counter was very personable and did an fantastic job with his part.
The maintenance person who obviously didn’t check my in dash cabin filter, which was brand new and then recommend I buy a new one was disappointing. Doesnt give me the warm and fussy that the multipoint inspection actually happens.
I generally have a great experience at West Hills but left unimpressed today. Too bad! Have a road trip coming up too, may end up swinging through Les Schwabb have them do it.

It was a very refreshing customer service experience. I didn’t have to wait at all, which has become a West Hills standard, but one they keep meeting.

About 10 minutes after the car was to be ready, I got a call in transit to tell me all the things that needed to be done. The first comment by Brenda was that during the check, my timing belt was worn and needed to be replaced and while they would do that they would replace many other replacements for $1250. When I got the actual list of concern areas, that was not listed. I ask the gentleman helping me. He looked perplexed and then said Honda recommends replacement between 105,000 and 120,000, that was probably it. I have had the belt replaced within the last year. Seems a bit suspect.
