I would really like to thank Brett and Brenda for going above and beyond my expectations regarding my most recent service. I alway feel as though I get the best, most professional and competent service from the West Hills Honda Service Department. Although I think all the service professionals are great, I seem to have been served by Bret more than anyone else. His manner and communications meet what I believe are the highest standards of customer service. I have complete confidence in him and I appreciate the fact that he seems to remember me from visit to visit. I own a Subaru and they provide competent service but they pale in comparison to the service provided by West Hills Honda.

Dylan helped me solve a unknown diagnostic problem and he informed me throughout the service of my options. Once codes were resolved he guided me through the problems revealed by inspection. Since the Element is only driven 6 months a year I am a fan of preventive maintenance, which is difficult for a vehicle that doesn't follow a normal mileage schedule. So the inspection is a welcome gift and especially note worthy, no attempt to up sell by Dylan. He accepted my regection of some items but agreed that I should do an oil change, based upon age, not mileage

I have been waiting for a call back for weeks to let me know when my repair parts come in. I stopped in and talked to a service manager. He was supposed to get someone to call me.
