Dylan Deffert provided excellent service. He was well-organized, thoughtful and I felt like I could trust him to make sure everything was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it. I am very particular about who cares for my vehicles and had certain requests about a tire issue I've consistently had over several visits. Dylan made sure the insurance was notified, the issue was handled, and that I was updated throughout the wait to my oil change and tire repair status. When the car was ready he remembered everything I'd mentioned at the beginning of the visit, and made sure my paperwork was correct. I also saw him providing service to another person prior to me, the same genuine, careful and courteous, that ultimately sets him apart in what he does. Thank you Dylan for expert service!
