Tuesday 4/24/18 made appointment to get oil change! Everything was fine. Through the general inspection they suggested me getting my windshields replaced, I declined and also they said my 3rd Back light was out, so I made an appointment to get replaced. I remember him telling me it will be $148. and so I said ok I’ll make that appointment. I’m going to be traveling a lot the next 2 weeks so it was important to me to get done. Come in today 4/27/18 and the quote for everything to be done was $196!! I said no way, they tried to counter back and reduce it a little but was definitely not in my budget to get 1 light replaced ! Just a little ridiculous! So they were kind to get me a free coffee ticket! So I walk inside and see Jason Williams who is honestly the only person I will trust from here on out at West Hills Honda. Walked into the service area and talked to the gentleman after Jason did, and of course the light is under warrenty! Why wouldn’t the gentleman I was talking too ask if I had a warrenty or look up if I did ??? So I went ahead and decided to stay because it was under warrenty! 45 Minutes later sitting with my daughter in the lobby who I had to rush to get from school and rush out of work to get her, one of the Service guys said there was NOTHING wrong with the light in the first place!! So I wasted an hour plus of my night at Honda when essentially there was nothing wrong in the first place and you guys tried to get $200 out of me for no reason ! Very disappointing to say the least ! -Dana A

When getting home after my service appointment, my husband just happened to look under the hood and found that they had not replaced the casing for the engine filter. Luckily my husband has knowledge about cars and just happened to check this time, but most people trust that your service team are triple checking their work before returning the car back to the owner. Not sure if we will be returning to have our services done at West Hills after this experience.
