Ashley was very professional, clearly explained everything to me, regarding what was going on with my car. I was relieved when Ashley explained what the problem with the steering wheel was, the reservoir rubbing against the serpentine belt, and that the mechanic wanted to replace them! That really was great relief to hear! I am extremely grateful to Ashley for her kindness and efficiency, and to everyone at Honda for the many years of superior work you have provided for our . . . at least three different Honda Accords! Thank you SOOOO very much!!! PS. WOW!! Did the mechanic's work today make a HUGE difference in how smoothly my car drives now!! Thank you so much!!

I had asked for an estimate on some scratches and dings. When I picked up my car Jasmine could recall if she had asked for an estimate or if one had been done. I then asked when she a free minute to find out if it had been done and give me a call either way. My appointment was April 13 I have still not heard from her. After the last issue I had at West Hills I came back in hoping things would be better this time...I’ll be updating my reviews to reflect the poor customer service that seems to be an issue with Jasmine.
