James is AMAZING! I want to bring gifts and treats to your service department. Everyone of your employees in the service department have been nothing but WONDERFUL. Your service department deserves more then 5 stars. Even if I were to buy a vehicle from another dealer, I would still bring my vehicle to your service department.

Unfortunately, I made an appointment at 4pm, so I could make sure I was home for my 6th grader’s first dance at MVMS at 6pm. After waiting an hour and a half, I went back to the service counter and asked for an update. The woman reported that she just checked, and it hadn’t been started yet—but they would begin in about ten minutes. After I kindly relayed my frustration, the cat was finally brought out, but it was too late to drive my daughter to the dance, and she had to go all from our house. This is the second time I’ve had my oil change appointment run super long. The last one in December, I was sitting at the cafe for over three hours—no exaggerating included. I also can’t help but wonder how f my oil was actually changed, for I doubt that the woman lied to me and told me it hadn’t been started—and the timing was inconsistent with her statements. I’m definitely not mad at anyone, but I’m pretty disappointed that this happened again. I’m not sure how appointments work at your establishment, but I do know that this won’t work for me and my busy schedule. Also, it would have been nice if someone had come over and talked with me after they found out it was running far later than expected. I might have had time to find an alternative ride or maybe they could have offered me a shuttle service so I wouldn’t miss this important (albeit it was only middle school) dance for my 12-year old. I’d love to hear the reasoning and process at the service center so I can wisely manage and choose my preferences next time. Thank you, Katherine Lane ****-****-xxxx

They attempted to overcharge me for the service I was paying for. Also, one of the capscrews that holds my center cap on my rim was missing after I picked up my vehicle. The service manager told the service specialist to call me every day to give me a status of the dealership getting me a new capscrew but I havent been contacted yet. I get the feeling that nothing will happen with this if I dont spend A LOT of time staying on top of them.
