I had some concern with the service my car received on April 3 involving the removal of a bad odor caused by, ostensibly, a dead rodent. After bringing my concern to the service manager and assistant manager, I received prompt and very capable service. The "stinker" was removed and the nasty odor will, hopefully, dissipate over the next few days. I have nothing but good things to say about James' and Aarons' terrific customer service. Good going, guys!

The people are very nice but my hatch does not work as before having the Honda OE7R69 hitch installed. I called service to see if I needed to do something different. They Didn't think so but said they would call back. That was over 3 hours ago No call and the hatch still doesn't. Management not the line workers is responsible for this entire painful episode involving what should be a simple parts installation.
