One of your technicians left an oily rag inside the hood after the oil chnge. Good thing my daughter noticed it hanging out of the hood. Smells like something burning. Hope it wong happen again, thank you.

arrived on time for a 10 am appt. Was checked in at 10:25. Approx 10-12 other customers had 10 am appointments. I realize the large number of customers scheduled was not Brett's responsibility but a problem that occurred somewhere else in the system. Despite the long wait to get checked in, the actual service on my car was completed promptly. Brett was very pleasant and while he was trying to expedite things he was calm and made sure he was thorough so nobody would feel they didn't receive enough attention.
