I had told the service department that my driver window was sticking when it was wet. When I returned to pick up my car, they said that the window has dried and they couldn’t get the window to stick. However since they had kindly washed the car, when I was leaving the window did what I had described. I had told the service guy to make sure the window was wet however I am not sure why no one could see that just adding water would have repeated the issue.
Also the car after the wash still had dirt in areas.

I thought everything went good with my oil change, from the nice people in the service area to everybody greeting me throughout. Then i went to my moms house to pick up my kids immediately following the oil change and as i was leaving my mom yelled my name for me to come back in. We discovered oil had leaked on the her driveway (seeing that her house is a few years old at this point her driveway literally looked Brand New until I pulled off) and she had 3 half dollar sized drops of oil. I tried cleaning it but it's oil and anyone who knows oil knows you can't really just wipe it up as it soaks into the pores of the driveway. Anyways I got home and lifted my pilot and there was still dirty oil (assuming from the drain and not fresh as it was dark black)on the frame right below where the filter is located. I cleaned it all off my vehicle and hopefully it's good to go for now i will check again in the morning. If you could have your techs go through the extra step of cleaning their work area you could potentially save not just a parent but a grandparent the heartache. Thanks in advance.
