Brett was very good at what he does, today was my first time dealing with him but i’ve been a customer of westhills hinda for years, been taking my cars there for service for years although i’ve mostly dealt with kiley before brett did good today and i’ve seen him take care of his customers before, since kiley is no longer there i will be doing all my car service business with brett from now on

I think 3 hours was a bit too long of a wait. Terence was super cool, but I think for me having to wait that long, they should’ve checked my brakes with the oil change as usual because I think my brakes may need replacing soon. Also I had to remind them I needed my headlight changed. Funny, the check off list says all lights are in working order, but my front left blinker was out, parking light out, & rear license plate light was out. As I knew the headlight was more important, that was the only one I emphasized. Anyhow those other lights I can replace myself or have oreilly help me. They are always helpful when it comes to that. I appreciate that there wasn’t a diagnosis charge as they couldn’t figure out exactly what was wrong. I would’ve liked to get it fixed there at West Hills Honda, but here I am at Heartland Toyota, in the waiting room. Such is life. But you wanted my comments, so there ya go! Barbara R

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. I knew I was have pressure issue with my tires. The right front tire kept needing air. Me h found nail in the right front tire and fixed that. Also had maintenance minder about oil change and low tire pressure. When I reviewed my vechile back the maintenance minder where not reset and I notice the the right front tire was still on the right front only notice this because it was the only tire with lube on I since you kindly fix it had to remove the tire off the rim. Went back to the service rep and ask to have to maintenance minders reset and also check to see if the tires got rotated. Couldn’t verify of tire where rotated and I had thing to do so wasn’t going to stay and wait to get them rotated. This makes me wonder what work you are actually doing on my car when I bring it in for service.
