Excellent customer service. As I waited in the waiting area I observed multiple employees speaking to customers. They were kind, caring, informative and had amazing people skills. This is what we need right now- and always- great customer service. I was not disappointed. Thank you.

My complaint is as follows: I needed a new key & when I walked up to the parts counter to check on the price, the gentleman quoted me $ 71.75. So I agreed to purchase the new key, but when it came time for me to pay, the bill was $263.98.
I was quite surprised (so was my partner who was with me)
They need to tell you ALL the cost upfront & give you the whole story not part of the story. I was happy with my service portion of the appointment.
