The service advisor was excellent. He always kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and made sure I had something to drink! The only thing that wasn’t normal, which he had no control over, was that I had a 9:30 AM APPT and the car was ready at 11:30. It seems there was only 1 oil change person on duty that day. Usually with an appt, an oil change is 45-60 min. Also, all the car washes that used to be shut down months ago are back in operation, so I would think the West Hills Group would be back to washing all serviced vehicles by now. We can’t use COVID as an excuse forever. Thanks!

The car got done very slow! It got Miss diagnose the first time and got told to replace a sensor and didn’t even fix it! It took 4 Techs to to finish a 4 Banger car. Not very satisfied, but I’m glad it got fixed by Christmas.

Cameron was very professional and great to work with. Minor service elements like vacuum, wash that other dealers do absent. Service pricing.....Ridiculous. Dealers will continue losing market share of service market charging what you do. It’s obscene.

Stayed until the oil change was complete (a few minutes after closing). I drove 1/2 a mile and a new light was on. Max stayed until I got back and he quickly fixed the problem (reset tire pressure sensor). Thanks!
