They did not clean my truck they did not fill the tires with the proper amount of air pressure the adjusted the e brake the wrong way now it dosnt hold the truck even on a slight incline the did not wipe down or sanitize the truck like i was told very unimpressed with the level of care and service provided ricky was great though good customer service skills i wish the techs had his level of customer care in mind

I called beforehand to see if I could have a remote start removed from the vehicle and was assured they could handle that. I brought in my truck at the scheduled time and waited in the car as directed however no one came out to meet me for 25 minutes. After several hours of waiting in the sitting room, I got a call that the truck needed alignment work done, which I approved. I did not receive any other updates until the truck was done...6½ hours after I showed up. This service was far below my expectations this time.

Despite the tear windshield wiper found not to be in stock a 2nd time, Max went above my expectations telling me they would give me a tank of gas when next I come. He also helped me with my phone connection. He also helped me to donate to the Christmas toy drive Honda is doing for children. Max is the epitome of Honda service.

Maxwell working for Honda was very attentive to my Ford needs especially when they were slightly out of the ordinary needing it arctic winterized. He had a professional yet fun demeanor.
