Everything went smoothly. The only thing that could've been better is this: the completion paperwork, specifically the inspection sheet, shows I need to replace my AC filter. If Max had pointed that out to me, I would have said please replace it. Since he didn't, I'll need to incur further labor charges if I want it done now unless I do the work myself.

The only thing was being to get parts timely. There’s no way you can control what a Chevy dealership does!!! Otherwise the burping of the car was necessary , and we had no diapers to change!!! I had an appointment at 3pm. I arrived at 2:50 and waited in the car for 40 minutes. During that time no one came to greet me or to at least let me know that it was going to be a long wait. I couldn’t understand what was going considering that there was only one vehicle in front of me. Several times West Hills Honda workers walked by and my presence was never acknowledged. I felt ignored, probably discriminated against since I am Latino, and I just couldn’t understand why was I being ignored that way. Finally, when the person came to help me, I informed him that I had been waiting for 40 minutes and his reply was: okay, sorry... what can I do for you? Once again, he did not acknowledge how I was feeling and seemed to rush through the process forgetting my concerns. This was a real disappointment and makes me reconsider if I want to go back. Customer service was very poor.
