Brought vehicle home Saturday afternoon and parked it in the garage. On Monday morning vehicle would not start. Checked paperwork from the service and battery was checked as good. Called and left message for service rep but have yet to hear back from him. Vehicle was fine and no lights were left on so what the heck happened to it?

The man who checked me in was very professional. He told me it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The service ended up taking over two hours and because I was not comfortable going in to the waiting room with all those people I had to stand out in the cold. It was not a pleasant experience. I come From Port Townsend so I wish now I had not signed up for your pre-payment plan.

Kily Voskuhl did a good job relating the service events, After 2 and a half hours of express service, I received an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. Quite a lot of time I believe. When I got home my car wouldn't start. A quick look and the positive battery cable was totally loose. Even the dome light wouldn't come on. I was told that my battery was bad during the service. I was also told that my PS fluid needed to be removed and replaced. I checked it and was nice and pink as it had been changed less than 5000 miles ago at a Honda dealer. The cap on the PS reservoir showed no evidence of fingerprints on the cap which was greasy from under hood service. I am a little disappointed in the shoddy work by the technician that I received. I just spent almost $1000 and the problem isn’t even fixed and there wasn’t even a problem with my car. According to the previous owners this car just went through all the checks that were suggested I should get. Best part was those checks should have all been in the system because they have only been to you for service. So I am extremely disappointed with my services. Not to mention I waited for 30 minutes in my car until Max approached me to start my scheduled appointment at 11:15am and it started at 11:40am Mind you I am being generous on my time constraints as I was there at 11:10am. From there I felt like second class service since there were so many other more important cases than my car. I am extremely disappointed with my service. Again I still have the warning lights on my car so the problems have not been fixed. Thank you, but I will gladly go somewhere else for my services and probably not buy a car from you ever again. Thank you for the great service to send me somewhere else.

I arrived the first time with no appointment just to show I needed s new seatbelt ordered, after waiting 15 minutes in line I was informed (by a different guy) I needed to make an appointment and they would need my vehicle for 1-1.5 hours for the tech to verify and then order one. Made an appointment and this time the very courteous other writer looked at it and got my info to order it up. In and out within 10 minutes. I have been in the Auto industry for over 33 years and the service needs to be streamlined at that dealership
