Appointment for 4:00, no one came out to greet me until 4:10. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and it was over 2 hours without any communication. I was on the phone when my car was done and was actively taki by out my headphones but he began explaining things before I could get them out.

It would. E nice if we could use our bonus points you give us for a new car to be applied to large service Bill's. $ 500 for a new car is nice, but using that to pay forba large service, like we just had would be very appreciative. Heck even paying for 50% of the total bill would be nice.
