Lily was friendly and showed great customer service. He even walked me to my car after the job was complete. He explained all the services that were performed on my vehicle. Je gave me a free card for a beverage. The beverage was GRRAT. The gentleman at the coffee ?? stand was so friendly. I am satisfied above and beyond the exceptional service I received today. It may sound funny but the atmosphere was warming and o met some nice customers I hated when my vehicle was done ????????. I enjoyedy stay there at the service center. The lounge and restroom we're very clean beyond my expectation. Keep up the great work!!!!

I’m pretty discerning when it comes to feeling like someone is being honest with me. I had some concerns during this latest visit. Kind of like a used car salesman. I’ve never felt that before in your business. I hope I was wrong. I’m usually not. I’ve also had tremendous problems with just trying to figure out what warranty I purchased with the car. In the past I was told to call Honda, when I was standing in the Honda service area. Perplexing. At this last visit I was told to go to finance and ask them. They were busy. I was told to leave my name and number and someone would call me. No one has. That kind of treatment will send me to Toyota.
