I was in for an oil change and all wipers, and they removed my wipers but never reinstalled new ones. I had to stop by this morning on my way to an appointment to pick up my wipers. I couldn't drive my car as it was misting.

The service staff were very apologetic for the 3 hour wait to just get a simple oil change, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough for me to ever return to West Hills. Last year I was entice into buying the oil change value pack (3 oil changes for $80). I am no so glad I’ve usd all the coupons because each time I brought my car in I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and every time I was promised a 45 minute wait. Three sticks né you’re out. Sorry West Hills, I’m done.

Not necessarily with service per se, rather Honda in general. We have taken very good care of our 2008 Honda Pilot. We were told many times safety is a priority concern at American Honda and seat belts have a lifetime warranty. Except that isn’t really true. I was told today, seatbelts on my 2008 Pilot have a 15yr or 150000 mile warranty. So instead of expecting Honda to cover the repair I was told we would be getting billed around $450 since my Pilot has 229K miles. Plus you had my VIN on file and didn’t bother to pre order the part so I will need to make a return trip to get the work done.

Brett did a great job. Very clear thorough and efficient.
However, I had a very difficult time making my service appointment in the first place, with long waits on the phone and being transferred to another long wait. Way too hard. Then I was not told how long the appointment was going to be until I met with Brett today, so I came unprepared with lunch or reading material. I had to call from your place to cancel work clients. Not good.
