I’m okay with the service but not completely satisfied as one of the problems - clanking/ringing sound when the fan is on is not resolved as it was not replicated.
I’m satisfied with how courteous and nice the staff are! They’re 10/10.
I also have to wait in the dealership for almost 6 hrs just to assess/diagnose a couple of problems and do a transmission flush. It would have been nice if there was a shuttle provided to drop me off home and pick me up when the service’s finished. I’ve been on Honda Dealership Service both in CA and OR, and they both have shuttle services. This is the first Honda I experienced that didn’t have one.

Max treated me with kindness and respect and went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well. . He did what he said he would do and called and updated me twice just like he said he would and the times he said he would do it. I’ve been to your service department before and haven’t always been pleased with the service I received... but Max has treated me like I was a valued customer. When I was waiting to pick my car up I also noticed he treated his other customers the same way. He provides great customer service which is important for any business.
