When I picked up my van they had completed an oil change which I had asked them to NOT do. I ONLY wanted the recalls completed as I have a place I like to go that is much cheaper. It needed to be done so be it but it would be nice if people would follow directions. When I got into my van my daughters car seat had been removed and thrown on top of the middle seats. If a car seat is removed please put it back. A simple courtesy such as this goes a long way. Third my clock no longer works automatically to the time zone. I could not get it fixed. I had to turn off the automatic time zone and set it manually. Please check your work and make sure functions are working properly. I know this was one of the recalls and I’m not confident that all of them were completed In entirety right now. This doesn’t feel good as a customer especially given how many recalls were needed on my vehicle. Fourth if you decide to blast the music in someone’s car kindly turn it down when you are done.i don’t mind by all means blast it while you work but I jumped a foot when I turned my vehicle on.

Brett was very helpful and thorough in the process of hearing what was wrong with our car and getting it repaired in a timely manner. He was very prompt on letting us know what the problems were and what needed to be done. Your service department went above and beyond in preparing our car to get the new parts installed as soon as they arrived. Our car was done by noon. We were blown away by the great service! I drove down the road, saying "I'm S0 GLAD THAT WE COME TO HONDA FOR SERVICE!!!" THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH for keeping our Element going.
