There is a need for service advisors to communicate better with customers. The information I got I had to call several times to obtain. This seems to be a recent problem that is getting worse instead of better. It is not related to the current COVID epidemic just a training issue with many new staff of late.

I had to wait 36 minutes to check in my car for an oil change, absolutely ridiculous. Why are you scheduling 15 cars at the same time? Spread out the appointment times so that the employees can actually handle it in a timely manner.

Car returned to me with engine light on. Took it back to have it analyzed, O2 sensor low voltage. Didn’t have this problem prior to the 1300$ service I just had done in car. Tech said he reset the alarm and hopefully it won’t go on again. Is it asking too much to trust the company to fix a car right the first time? My trust and faith in your service is going down hill. Tech said to bring the car back if the light goes on again. I want to know if my car is workingnproperly or not when I leave the lot. Very frustrated and disappointed.
