Brett was extremely helpful and professional. We brought our car in for a recall and requested an additional diagnostic for an airbag light. Brett was very knowledgeable on past problems for this particular issue and recommended the diagnostic as he expected the issue was common and likely to be warrantied for my vehicle. Everything was fully covered as he expected and the car overall is much safer with two fully functional airbags. I also appreciated his straightforward explanation of the results of our multipoint inspection without any "pushiness" in regards to buying additional services. I would specifically seek out Brett again for Honda servicing in the future.
