I purchased the protection package when I purchased my new CR-V. When I brought it in to have the protective coating applied, I was informed that there is a rock chip on the front bumper, and I was asked if I would like to have it repaired. I would certainly like to have it repaired! That is why I bought the protection package after all and now have a car payment that is $100 more per month. However, I was informed that I would have to pay for the repair in spite of having bought the package. This package is a ruse and a rip-off to consumers. I would never recommend it to anyone. Not satisfied at all!
