Nobody talked to me or looked at me for 20 minutes after I arrived. It would have made me feel much better if somebody said 'we'll be with you shortly' or thank you for waiting' or anything. I understand they were shorthanded, but there must've been something could've been done in terms of better service. Better communication.

Nina is a great service advisor. However, Honda needs to review their replacement costs/design. I should not have to pay over $400 to have a L.E.D. break light housing replaced. It should be a replacement of just the strip.
