My hood was left unlocked. I was notified about low brake fluid but wasn’t offered a solution. On the paper work, it indicated I had a bad fuel line but I wasn’t told about it when I picked up my car. I was only offered an extremely expensive maintenance option.

It’s unfair that I couldn’t use the oil change package I had purchased with westhills Honda at the other dealerships. I had moved in Arlington and driving all the way to Bremerton just to get an oil change with you ****!
Also, your salesman Are so pushy with the extra package that they sell! It’s a waste of my time!

When i was quoted a price for the service, I assumed it was the total price. No mention was made of additional labor costs. I was VERY unpleasantly surprised by a $900+ labor charge.
He mentione "plus tax" but not labor. I feel that this is poor business practice and deceptive. You have lost a customer and I will be reporting this to the BBB.
