I made two points when I was checked in for service: I wanted the dashboard lights fixed and I wanted a weather strip on the driver-side door put in place. When I was checked out, neither of these service requests had been met. I drove home through the smoke with no lights on the dashboard, no time showing on the radio panel, which was dark. At home, as I opened the driver-side door, I looked again at the weather strip hanging loose. Dismay, I felt as I walked to the house.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. While the installation of the purchased parts was completed, the whole of the experience definitely left much to be desired and left me having missed a critical appointment, which was apparently my fault for having expected a drop-off to be simple and quick. After arriving for my scheduled vehicle parts installation appointment at 11:15 am on 9/14, I was twice passed off between the Service reception and Parts Installation teams, waiting over 25 minutes longer than originally anticipated just to be seen, being twice assured that someone would be with me shortly. A lack of visual management left me unsure where to wait, who to check in with next, and what next steps would be. Frustratingly, the vehicle drop-off experience took over an hour from the time of arrival at 10:55 am, to picking up the rental, and departing WestHills Honda. I realize that the vehicle sale is complete and no additional expectations or commitments should be realized, but I will certainly consider a different Honda dealership for my future needs, service, or purchase. Thanks again for the opportunity to provide candid feedback, though I believe this feedback will simply become data for the dealership to entertain, as opposed to satisfaction to the customer. I came in due to a flat tire. In the process of replacing the single damaged tire he informed me that a second tire was also compromised. He explained in detail why the second tire was not repairable. He was more than willing to show me the second damaged tire. I was confident in his explanation without looking at the tire first hand. He was very professional and friendly. Great job!

I really appreciated him ordering a part ASAP for me to get my AC fixed and waived a rental car fee for me. I never do this but Richard was exceptionally helpful. I'm disappointed that Honda has discontinued it's shuttle service and free car washes with your service, but like I said Richard was extremely helpful.
