The first few times I got an oil change here, it took forever. My past few trips here, including this one. Was great! Every time my experience with your service department. Just keeps getting better!

I came in for an oil change, I told Rene that I wanted to skip the car wash because I had somewhere to be. It took almost 2 hours for them to change the oil. I wasn't even called up when my car was ready. I went to Rene and asked when my car would be ready, it was ready 10 minutes before I went up to ask him. I got no notifications on my phone and Rene didn't even come up to check in to tell me it would be ready soon. This has been by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I don't know if I'll ever come back for an oil change.

The entire experience of repairs throughout the lifetime of my vehicle has been nothing short of dissatisfying. Simple issues such as oil changes are ok and I have no issues with that.
My experience with other sorts of services such as when there’s a problem I address always feel like I’m not being heard. I’m a 25 year old female and I’ve had this car since I was 19 years old and it always seems that when I bring issues up I was not heard. I brought this car to my service advisor when I had a roadbed collision with a pothole, as a result of this roadbed collision I filed an insurance claim and decided to bring my car for repair to the dealership.
I brought the car and communicated to the dealership that I filed an insurance claim and wanted to repair because something was rattling and my car was hesitating to accelerate. I was told that it’s best not to bring the insurance company into it and I should pay out of pocket. This is what I did. After I took my car back to the dealership it turns out that the transmission fluid had leaked out all the way so the repair was done. I kept driving it after and initially the rattling noise was gone but it still hesitated. I trusted my dealership so I figured it wasn’t a big deal. As time went on, the hesitation of acceleration continued and the rattling all continued to get worse.
I decided that because all of this started since I had my roadbed collision that I would bring the car back to the dealership so these issues can be addressed.
Of course, now my insurance company can’t get involved because the repairs were done and they didn’t see any damage. In the meantime I honestly don’t believe my advisor mentioned to the insurance company that they repaired something in the undercarriage when the transmission fluid leaked out.
Now because of the advice I have received from my advisors at Nissan, I’m out a car.
A car I believed to be trustworthy. Never in a million years did I think the dealership where I bought the car from failed me like this.
Aside from this experience, in the past I had to continue to get replacements of my tail lamp, specifically on the left side because it kept going out. I think I had this repaired at the dealership about 3 times, if not more. Please check all my service records. I mentioned to my advisors that I wanted to get it check after the 2nd time because no tail light should go out that fast. Of course, my concerns were brushed off, they repaired the issue at hand and did not address that I had so many issues prior.
Now, in 2020 I take the car back to the dealership, and turns out that my taillamp is causing an error code to my transmission.
Now that I’m out of warranty, of course I have to pay for an issue that may have been caught previously but was brushed off.
I can not express how disappointed I am of everything overall.
I know I am one customer and a small customer at that and that my business is not “needed”. But after this experience I’m never again purchasing nissan.
I feel that both the tail lamp issue and the roadbed collision issue could have been resolved quickly if I had been heard.
I know for a fact the roadbed collision is what is causing the “internal” transmission issue and now I can not prove that to the insurance company because I decided to follow advice from from my advisor and I also know that the tail lamp issue could have also been resolved during my warranty because I as the car owner and sole driver KNOW my car. I brought these issues to my advisors attention and I was ignored and now for that I’m paying the price.
Again, I know I won’t hurt an international business by refusing to purchase again from Nissan but I hope this doesn’t happen to others.

Michael told me I would only wait an hour not many people where there. After an hour wait they said I needed to wait another hour. They said the recall was not put in the car and I had to drop it off when Icould and expect to wait 2 hours. That statement was deceptive.
