Brad was personable and professional which is something to always hope for in a service writer but where he won me over completely is by doing something my parents (who ran several successful businesses) instilled in me: deliver what you promise and then go a step further. My car was done in one visit instead of the possible two and it was done sooner than promised for a price much less than I expected. I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation, we also had a concern of the transmission fluddering. The oil change and tire rotation were tooking care of, the transmission issue wasn't, they stated they couldn't replicate the issue, upon getting my husband drove the car and the issue is still present, Nissan of America is aware of the failing CVT transmission, they also informed me there was no check engine light present, if its mechanical will it trigger a check engine light? So I feel like nothing got resolved.
