Jose as always was friendly and courteous. He is always going above and beyond to assist me, Jose took care of my vehicle needs on short notice. My car was finished as promised. The customer service I receive is the reason that my family continues to use Avondale Nissan.

2 weeks ago i called and spoke with Blake and advised him i just moved to AZ and was needing a oil change and tire rotation. He begins to ask me what kind of car i drove and i said 2017 Sentra and he stated that the newer cars take synthic oil, which i knew that from my previous oil changes. He was telling me it was around 45 something but on tuesdays it’s 25.00 for ladies day. I made it to my appointment on Tuesday and this other rep helped me and his name was John and he was very very nice. So i was telling John what Blake told me over the phone and he said no that’s not correct. I waited for my car to be done and Blake had my paper work and keys and stated it’s not what he told me and has to bite the price. He didn’t go over my paperwork with me on what was needed, i had to go over my own paperwork and ask questions about what was needed and prices. I know the date and time i called and spoke with Blake about my oil change and you guys can pull the call. Either i get switched to John or I’ll just take my buisness to another location no matter how far i gotta drive

Tire balance was done and car still shakes on the freeway. Car was taken in at 9:30 for my appointment and didn’t get it back til around 4. Waste of money for something that didn’t fix the problem .
