My appointment was at 7 o'clock in the morning I got there at 630I was told that the service people were going into a meeting till 7:00 a.m. I waited till 730 has still nobody came to me and asked me if I needed help I had to get-up-and-go to the service people and asked them what was going on I explain to Renee I was here at 6:30 and nobody came up to me to ask if I need it any help if I when I got up to find out what was going on I will partly be sitting They're much later I've always brought my to Nissan for my service This is the 1st time that ever happened to me

First I waited for an hour for someone to respond to the automatic text on the status of my vehicle he text said that I needed to go to work is my truck almost ready no response so I went to the service desk where there is about eight desk there were only two servicemembers there one was eating a sandwich in the back not doing anything second once he decided to come back to work there were a total of four service team members now I was skipped twice I waited a total of 2 hours to get my truck back one hour in the waiting room and one hour at the service desk mind you the second hour the whole second hour my truck is ready and waiting I just needed someone to give me the damn keys I had to interrupt someone else to get my keys because nobody knew where Renee was this was the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership and I only came to get a replacement key
